The Airsal 70cc Liquid Cooled Cylinder Kit is made from quality aluminum to maximize the cooling of your engine. Airsal cylinders have superior design allowing you to get them maximum performance gains from your upgrade.

This liquid cooled cylinder also features a high performance single ring piston to eliminate friction and drag, allowing for higher RPMs without the danger of ring flutter. The improved port timing also aids in giving you the best performance from your scooter.

This Airsal Cylinder Kit also features a new design where the head bolt to the cylinder independently of the cylinder stud bolts.

Performance Gains:

An upgrade cylinder will produce increased torque and all around more power.

When installed with a Tecnigas pipe, Arreche carb and Athena variator (Stage 2), the Airsal cylinder contributes to an increased top speed as well.

We recommend premixing your oil and upgrading your carburetor when pairing the 70cc kit with any other upgrades. This will ensure proper lubrication and allow you to take full advantage of the potential your new cylinder has.
