Default Vino 125 Stator upgrade

Does anyone know of a Stator that will work on the Vino 125 that has an output of 150watts minimum? The stock stator is 120W and if you have EVERYTHING turned on, you are pulling max output. I wan to add some 'stuff' to mine but need more watts first.

I dont think any one makes a bigger stator for the Vino. I know that they do for GY6's.
What are you planning on adding on?
What Id do is get ride of the OEM bulbs and replace them all with LED. Draw less power and they are brighter (kills 2 birds with 1 stone).

I'd like to add a stereo and some additional lighting. Also, I'm building a trailer to tow and that will have lighting needs. Right now the stock stator is 120W. I don't know the power consumption of the CDI or coil. But everything else together pulls 92W(high beam on). A stereo pulls 20-35W. I could save some by swapping LEDs in everywhere...But I don't know about the headlights. I need lots of light. Especially on overcast days and when it's raining. I was wanting to install some driving lights for better visibility...I did find a few places that can rewind stators. Just not sure how much that would cost yet. Was hoping for something plug and play.

Over the years I've had to get custom stators and rotors made. I have called the manufacturers and rebuilders directly and asked. Most are more than happy to do a custom job. You will pay for it, but you will have it. Here's a list of companies that rebuild stators on motorcycles. I have had Baja Designs build custom units for me before for desert racing.

It doesn't work like that. Those companies I posted will take your stator and unwind the copper coil wire from them. Then they will rewind new wire around it that is thicker and has more turns to pull more power from the magnetic field of the rotor. Sometimes they change the rotor magnets to ones with a stronger field strength as well. Depends upon how much $$$ you have to spend. You will need to call the company directly and talk with them.
