Default Stroker crank clearance

I am building a Vento triton stroker 45mm full circle crank and 54mm cylinder. This is going on a 90cc Triton. I have about .014" clearance between the crank and the cases what is the recommended minium clearance, how much will the crank expand when it heats up?

that is too close, it should be .020" on all sides which adds up to .040", if you have a 78mm crank then the cases should be at least 79mm.

42-43mm crank will fit that case with no cutting, any bigger and you will need to shave some material.
