I have my fingers crossed. What I thought was bad gas has now turned into a horrible misfire and bogging issue. Today, going to work, I couldn't get above 20 and it threatened to stall on me when I applied any sort of throttle. It may very well have been bad gas. I have a couple new plugs on the way and a can of sea foam. I suppose I'll see what happens. :)

Provo, you have a bad part number. For an 04 Vento Zip r3i it is not a BR7HS. It is a BR8HSA. I popped mine out and it certainly is bad. >_<

BR8HSA on stock engine is correct, and that does look pretty fouled. seafoam on a scoot.. lol
try new plug and see how it does, make sure fuel filter is good too.

that plug looks way fouled. a misfire means its too rich at the top. try a hotter plug if you are using the normal range of main jet. I run a little hotter plug to keep it clean.

Runs good now. :) Soon enough I won't have to worry about this particular plug. :c:
