View Full Version : Any Recomendations for Scooter Lift/Stand?

I have terrible knees so working on my scooter can be, literally, a pain.

I've searched for motorcycle stands/lifts but all the ones I've found were for really big bikes, much more than I'd need for my scooter.

If I could find something that raised it up a foot or two, without needing an air compressor, I'd be a happy camper.

Anybody use any?

..weird..

Do you have any concrete stairs outside of your house? If you can't bring the stand to your bike, bring your bike to the stand.:)

I've been thinking the same thing. Harbor Freight has several that are hydraulic, kind of pricey though and not a lot of height. Not sure how much of an improvement they'd be.

I'm considering building a kind of ramp/platform thingy out of 4X4's that I could just roll my scooter up onto.

Of course for something like that you'd need garage space, understanding neighbors or live out in the country like I do. :sunny:

No, the only concrete stair is just one but it's up near the front door...not usable for the scooter.

I found a little one on EBay and the bids are around $20....but I checked on the shipping costs and the guy wants $50...ridiculous.

Sears has a bike lift so I'm going to research that one....
