New To Scooters and ZUma Need Advice

Ok. I am about to by my first scooter. I live in sunny South Florida and would like to cruise the beaches on the weekends and just stroll around on it.

I like the zuma. Where should i buy? ANy good places on the net with free Delivery.,

Next is mod. I want to get some good speed out of it. What is a basic mod to apply.

I think I am going to go with the 2004 or 2005.
