I put my stock (KRS and KOSO clutch and my exhaust I made) motor on today with all the panels off expt speed and GPS and I clocked in a 63.6mph but I was leaning. Dose this mean I'm the 1st to 60mph?
Or do I need the rest of my panels on and not to lean?

60 is 60 in my book...
To do a "real " 60MPH IMHO should be with your scoot setup the way you are going to ride it. So you are crusing along on Saturday afternoon and someone pulls up and says how fast, you say 60MPH and then they say they will give you $20 to prove it and you are able to do so. Not only being able to hit 60 with 1/10 gas in the tank for weight savings, with it running lean and so on- a "real" 60 to me is when you get called out any place, any time and able to do it.

Thanks man. I have been wanting some one to tell me :).
With my Race cylinder and my big carb kit, I should have n\p doing 60 and holding it.
3 runs with a 208lbs 6'2 me on it. Wind at 18mph blowing from the north\west. Temp 36. On 1\3 mile flat road.
Run 1.-62.3mph
run 2.-63.6mph
run 3.- 60.2mph
my over all adv was 61.5mph.
