looking for parts for MZ Moskito 125R

Hi guys,
I have troubles finding spare parts for my 2002 MZ Moskito 125R. I bought it used. I know that MZ pulled out of the country,but does anyone has a source for parts like air cleaner,brake shoes,etc?Are there any other interchangeable components with other scooters?
Would appreciate any input...

I know alot of the 50cc parts can be swapped for Vento (CPI) parts. I wonder if the 4 stroke vento parts will fit your 4? stroke MZ.
