87 Jog motor into 88 Jog Frame???

So like the title says, I am thinking of trying to put an 87 Jog motor onto an 88 Jog frame. I have looked at the parts diagrams on Temecula Motorsports and although the frames are different, the actual mounting points look similar. Can anybody confirm this will work??
