Jetting Suggestions

I am building a new intake and exhaust set up for my wife's metro. I was just looking at battlescooter for ideas and they mentioned changing your jetting with the aftermarket intake. Any ideas on how big I should jet or should I just get a pack of 6 different jets and go through trial and error?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
