Hi can you explain to me what metropolitan is? I want to know more about motor stuffs. Please send me more information..

Honda Metropolitan is a 50 cc scooter made by Honda. Originally came out in 2 versions ---a heavily restricted Metropolitan II ( which is no longer being made--last model was 2005) it's top speed was 25-30 mph and the regular Metropolitan which can go 38-42 mph ( the 06 & 07 models being faster than prior years)

People have found ways to de-restrict the Met II--but even doing that it is hard to get it to go over 35 mph.

My wife has one that is an '06 Peach Hibiscus color. She calls it "Peach Smoothie"! :) It's light enough to easily manage, and a blast to ride. She loves hers, and because it's a Honda, she knows she got a good quality scoot. It's Water Cooled, Electric Start with a backup Kickstart, and is estimated at 115 MPG.

Even though I bought a 2006 Vino 125, I kept my 03 Honda Metropolitan-it is a sky blue color....I love riding it in our downtown and can park on the sidewalks. There are lots of advantages to having a smaller scooter. Lots of fun to ride and when I have guests over we can go scooting together. o_o::handleba
