I fitted a honda ruckus exhaust to my scoot and it sounds pretty good and performs well. The thing I like most about it is its ability to warn off impatient tailgaters! Woo Hoo.

Its going, I just need to figure out how to tune my carb to deal with it. If I want the mixture richer at top speed which jet do I change?
Any ideas?

You have a 4 stroke.. not familiar with those carbs... Have
you tried a search on here? Must be a discussion of it
somewhere..

I have but not too much info on it as the four stroke is new. I have contacted various people in Taiwan who manufacture parts- none are availible in the US yet. I am going to order an exhaust from one company over there(NCY). They also make a nitrous kit, but they cant ship those to the US because of customs. Last night I talked to a guy in Taiwan who owns a shop over there and he says the stock 2006 vino's go 50mph no problem from the factory. So we are going to try to figure out what restrictions the US model has. My vino goes about 38-40 stock right now. There may be a plate in the carb or the cdi may be different for the US model. He said he will ship the cdi to me at cost. He is also developing a big bore kit which would be pretty cool too. As of now I plan on doing a new variator and fooling with the weights, new cdi, exhaust, air filter, carb jetting, and tinkering with the turbo idea. I hope when all is said and done I can put on the big bore kit and I hope to be hitting at least 65mph. I know that two strokes are best for speed, but my girlfriend gave me this as a gift so I dont really have a choice. But I am still having fun modding it. Its definately more challenging finding the parts but it'll pay off.

You know.. I was just following an aution on Ebay... there was
a Vino 125 complete motor that went for I think ~$150 plus
shipping. Might be worth looking into it, see if it would fit... sounds
like it would be cheaper, and less hassle in the long run. Might
hit 70mph... and all replacement parts available at the dealer...
