I just recieved my big bore kit. I ordered it off of ebay.

It is a C.M. Racing.

Comes with an iron block, and aluminum head. Can't wait to install it.

let us know how it goes...

are you just upgrading the cylinder? or are you installing a carb as well?

If not don't forget you might need to UPJET....

This is what I plan on getting:

70CC kit - Bought CM Racing

I plan on getting a 21mm Carb from jollymoto, they have a doppler racing one and a malossi one. Any suggestions on which is better?

Also, a doppler racing intake manifold from jolly moto.

A Malossi reed cage w/ carbon fiber reeds.

Kevlar Belt and Spark Plugs.

Those are the main things. That I want to upgrade this winter.

Hey Lennox so it seems like you have the same CM Racing kit that I just recieved. What kind of gaskets came with the kit?

I got a base gasket and a round circle gasket that fits in the little groove on the cylinder head are those the ones you have or is there supposed to be another type of gasket for the cylinder head?

Thanks.

hey sly that is the right gasket for the head just the the O-ring

That is what you call "o-ring" gasket. I personally like them better than paper/metal. You can reuse them a couple of times.

Yeah, the parts yo listed should get you going pretty fast..... I kept my stock airbox, and just drilled holes in it (same results as aftermarket) The intake, reeds are going to give you crisper throttle response.....

If you need any specific help, Jered and I are always here, and know just about everything....:D ;)

I think I am going to be taking pictures and doing a detailed step by step how to install the upgrades that I am going to be doing.

What do you guys think?

or... maybe he can go like this...

"i got it from a mechanic out here he ordered it from Dominican republic on my other on i put a 90cc head kit with a Vinci pipe and a malossi air filter also my tranny is from Italy so this one does 90mph "

or maybe

"i have a 140cc engine on mine and she does no lie 170mph"

This was talking to a guy on eBay who is into Zuma's... I refered him here so hopefully he is not a member and can shed more light on the above statements.... I can't see a zuma doing 170 mph... or even 90 mph.... but that's just me...

What about just swapping in a 120cc motor? Has it been done?

donno... I'm just mentioning what he said... I have to call the Flag on going 170 mph on a Zuma... Not possible...

But am open to hear what story is behind it...

jered you guys with the bug eye'd bikes can get the bw100cc motor and make a 125 out of it by gettin the 58mm bore and a 52mm crank. i bet that bike would be good for a true 85plus mph.

How hard would be the motor swap?

Lennox what size bore and stroke did you find for the bw100?

Lennox

54 bore, and 45 stroke......

you have to change that 45mm crank over to a 47 or bigger, a 51 would be ideal.

So do you just order a cylinder kit of the bw100 that they have on 50cc.nl? Or where did you find these parts?
