a nice inexpensive bit of chrome bling for the Vino 125---a Harley Davidson
5 3/4 " headlamp visor (part # 67750-88T) fits perfectly on the Vino 125

I like it. Inexpensive and stylish, can't beat that.

Sooznd,
It would be easier if you just came to my house until all my vino upgrades are complete...all this typing is just a drag...
Anyhoooo...
I am trying to add the visor to my 2k6 vino 125.
I have the proper part #67750-88t ... for 5 -3/4 headlamps.
I disassembled the lamp and all, and got it to sit in there but it just seems like the visor is too big. Is that the same experience you had?
As is stands, I would have to just put it in there, seat it to be even and push the lamp against it to make it snug?
Thankyouveddymuch.

Vinkle-- there is no reason to disassemble the lamp--the chrome piece just bends and you pop it in under the top of the head light cover, kind of like a "contact lens " for the headlight...perhaps you got the larger visor by mistake and not the 5 3/4 " one??

by the way, if anyone out there is thinking of getting said visor, go check at your local harley dealer soon, the parts guy at mine said it appears they are going to stop making them. I bought the last one at my place.

Susan (I got tired of checking the spelling of sooznd. ..liar.. ) if it wouldn't be to much trouble could you take another picture with a different background? It's a little hard to see in this one.

P.S. Come on over to ZumaForums. We've been savin' up cussin' for you. ***potty m ;no

I couldn't let sooznd out cheap-bling me:
chrome molding strip from local discount department store $3.00, presses on.
Checkerboard contact (brand) paper (vinyl) $3.50 a roll (you get lots of it, comes off easy, stuff online is like $8 for one strip)
Primp my ride. (Yes, primp.....its nicer)

The visor is a nice little add on that I as well am sporting. The chrome idea is awsome as well. What part of your local department did you find it in?

Sub--I like the chrome trim and checkers---very nice.

OG--I will try to take a better photo when I get home this evening. I know your old eyes are tired... ;)
Better yet-just click on the link to my scooter garage, there is a better photo in there, you can enlarge it by cliking on it...

Automotive. It was called Trim-brite Door Edge Molding. I got it at a local chain (Meijer's) but probably available everywhere. I think there was 10' of it for $3, marked down. Grooved with adhesive inside, but I think it can be removed.

I did the same thing by taking the headlight apart  gave up and when I had everything put back together out comes the wife a suggests why not just slip it under the cover :worship:

Yeah, don't you just hate it when the cage won't start and they come out and say something like, "The bolt is loose on the license plate." so, rather than argue you tighten the bolt and the damn thing starts Karma, or should that be Carma?

Hi, any visor owners get a bad rattle? I need to shim in some type of material to stop it. Any ideas?

I havent had any problems since install. If you want it forever, what might help with the rattle could be putting a bit of super glue on the lip that goes into the headlamp cover so that it stays put. Just a thought. I'm the quickest to solve most problems with super glue. It's like duct tape but better.
