Just at a certain rpm..anyone know how to fix this?

either tighten it, or insulate it

if you pop off the headlight (three screws) you will see that the light is attached to the casing by three points. only one of those points is a screw...the others are "fixed" snap points. if you tighten that screw down you will get rid of the vibration.
Note: there is another screw adjustment that is accessable from the outside. that is to adjust the headlight angle.

I appreciate the advice. I took it apart and learned two things...
The headlamp molding is attached with three screws AND two tabs that need the ABS unit to be pulled "up" in addition to out.
The spring that is on the headlight alignment screw had gotten itself past the stop and was no longer holding backpressure. I worked the diameter of the spring with some needle nose and put 'er back together.
