This is mainly a question for sorrow and someone might have already asked it but what the hell.
I don't think I am ready to do the 160 kit yet. However I am thinking about a new exhaust and pulley what is the best combo the NCY exhaust and POP pulley or should i just go NCY straight up. Also will i notice a difference in my low end power for the hills I have to climb here in cali? One more thing is it fairly straight forward to make these mods myself? I am pretty decent mechanically but I don't want to have to jerry rig things on my scoot. Sorry if these are dumb questions or if someone has asked I just couldn't find them when i searched. Thanks for any info you might have
