pistons rings problem

well i took my engine apart just for kicks but i am having a problem installing the piston back in the cylinder. i lubicated the cylinder and everything but it still would not slide in.
what am i doing wrong?

I agree! :jesta: Tollerances are very tight. If it came off, it will go back on. Be sure the ring (or rings) are seated properly with the little pin in the groove of the piston lined up with the opening of the ring when you press it in. You can allways double check instructions in the how to section.
