Ok, I have not found much info about my scooter. Its a primo "strada" 150cc scooter. It has about 320 miles on it and it was running great! until recently it starts sputtering when I'm riding, especially with a passenger with me. It does it so bad that I have to back off the throttle and try to slowly ease into it again. As it spudders, the Tachometer just goes wild, but the engine itself isn't actually reving to what the tach says it is. it will go from like 3000 to like 7000 and just jump all around but the engine just humms at the same speed/sound. I don't know how to fix this! my car broke down so i got this to get around...and then this goes out too. does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? It starts fine, idles fine, when its on the stand I can rev it till like 10,000 rpms and it wont spudder, its just when I'm riding it. anything would be appreciated.
