warble sound? Any thoughts?

I have a warble sound, my scooter when running at a steady speed, makes a warble sound that is fluctuates in frequency... It litterally vibrates the scooter...

Not that big of deal just wondering if something isn't functioning correctly or something with all the mods I have done...

My thoughts are it might be the clutch bell... As it is slightly bent from the 1st time I removed it...

Sound possible?

Hey...I think it is the clutch bell also. I bent mine early on and mine is doing the same thing now. I have ordered a new bell (housing) and have bought a "strap" tool since then. I'll let you know what happens.

I very well could be. Jered, you've done so much to that scooter in such a short time, I'd hate to try and guess. When you get it running, you're going to have the hottest Zuma on the board bro. You'll figure it out, I'm sure.

So I pulled it all apart and played with the variator a little bit... I moved the places where the 2 washers were and now my variator is MUCH tighter... I wiggled a little before when the belt wasn't tight... anyway and the warble went away...

YEAH.... I think that the washer was placed in the wrong spots and caused the belt to slip?!?! Just my thoughts...

Not sure yet if the top end improved as I was full throttle and at 43ish and saw a cop and had to slow down... So... Maybe tonight... I hope thats why my top end was only in the low 50's...
