hello i have did i have put a 2nd gas tank on my friends heavly modified zuma 2002. what you will need to do is find a honda elite gas-tank and a Y valve and a 2x hose's
Note you will have to make mounting brackets!
1st remove you body panels. 2 clean the stock gas tank and srounding area.
3. clamp the fuel line at the top by the gas tank. 4. messure the under seat storge make sure that you get the gas tank as level as possible. 5 sit the elite gast tank in the storge and level it after it is level mark 2 inchs up from were it is sitting.6 find a place to tie in the gas lines (Note you will need a fuel pump make sure it runs slow or has a trun off switch) 7 find how far you want to mount it down ( i would recomend have it as far down as posible)/
8. run a fuel line from the elite tank and cut to the langth you want.
9. Now here is where the Y valve come is, take it and connect the to fuel lines you want about 1 inch of free play on the elite tank line and the stock free play on the stock zuma take.
10. next take high heat paint the maxium heat you can find and spray it round the storage below the lines you marked. Let Dry.
11.drill the hole for the fuel like out of the storage make sue you smouth out the hole if you can take a small rubber hose and put it in the hole so has not to mess up the fuel line. 12. mount the brackets make sure they will hold.
now feed the line throw the hole and hook to the fuel pump (i would get one will on off switch so you can turn it off when you want) and hook it up to the tank and slide the tank in.
13 before hooking it up to the intake system take a little gas and put it in the tank and run the pump to make sure of no leaks and that it is flowwing good.
14 secure all the lines with hose locks. 15 run the line form the Y valve down to the stock gas intake and hook it up. 16 injoy not having to fill up every 6-10miles.
THIS WILL MAKE YOU BIKE HEAVYER THER FOR SOULD NOT BE DONE ON A NON KITTED BIKE.
Do this at you own risk im not promissing anything but it has work for my friend who i did it for.
ALSO MAKE SURE YOU DONT LEAVE the 2nd takes fuel pump on it will make to much gas go through the lines
