I did not find which model this carb was from yet.
I'm not home so I can't give the model # from the carb.
It is surely more like the zuma carb.
Where can I buy a rebuild kit?
I might as well go the distanc to make sure it's good.
Thanks

your local dealer will have rebuilt kits they can order... As well... They can tell you from the number thats printed on it, what model it for... If they are nice anyway!

Well the guy at the local Yamaha shop had to order the mixture screw for me.
I guess i'll have to wait.
I asked him about rebuild kits for the carb and he said there aren't any.
????????????????????????????????????
He's also looking into the jet, size 72.5 that shane recomended.
I'll have to start sanding the body panels this week while I wait for the screw.
Any ideas on paint styles......................

I've got the carb back on but didn't get the jet yet.
At least I found the mixture screw....
So....
Is there an easy way to adjust the carb? I can hardly get a screwdriver into the area. I had to lenghthen one.
Again whats the normal way to adjust? Start with screw out, then slowly keep tightening it untill you get a good read on yuor plug?
Thanks
(I started a Paint thread and am posting my progress there)

set it at 2 1/2 from all the way in....
This is a great starting point... however... you'll need to make little adjustments...

Ok,
I guess I need to pay closer attention.
Which hose goes where on my carb?
It took a couple trys but I figured it out, the fuel was blue, vaccum was the green.
