How To Post To Your Scooter Garage

Okay, Erich had a post on this but it took me a few days and accidentally found it as I had no idea what the "scootergarage" was...

Look on the blue bar under the title "provo scooter", where the current forum name and sub names are listed... In the blue bar there are "user CP", "FAQ", "members list", etc...

EVERYONE NEEDS TO CLICK ON THE LINK FOR "SCOOTERGARAGE" that is the area in which you can post pics (multiple pics) of your babies... Very simple way for each other member to see what you ride... Just click on "erich", or "king vino" and you get to view what they have uploaded of their scooters and other things they felt they wanted to share with everyone...

Now I know we can upload in each individual thread but this allow each memebr to have a collection of pics and a small bio for their stuff..

I highly encourage each member to set up a bio in there so everyone can see and get to know you better...

The garage is up and working again

To access it follow the instructions above and then once in the user CP area, click on the update garage link...

It will allow you to show pics of your scooter and also give a bio of you and your ride...

Lets see how pimp your ride is...

Is the scooterGarage listed by who registered on the boards first?

I'm not sure how it is set up. When the board started, I was registered second and third. (I created an account called Dummy for beta testing) But in the garage, Erich was one, then jered or Lennox was two, but I think it may be set with the admin and mods at top with everyone below, I'm not sure. The garage is one of those things that is not under my mod control so hat leaves me to conclude it's one of those things only Erich can do.

okay guys I wanted to bring this up again as we have a lot of new members who need to get a scootergarage profile set up....

The scooter garage is the part of the forum where you can post mulitple pics and a bio about yourself and scooter for everyone to look at...

I have been trying to post pics but when I go to edit vbgarage, go to files.click on my documents, then double click on the pic I want to post and hit submit and nothing happens

you may need to "re-size" the pic.... I do not know the correct size off the top of my head... :o

I tried to post a pic of my motorcycle and it let me but it wont let me do my scooters

Jeremy- you can resize your photos with Microsoft Photo Editor or just about any picture editing software-just re size the number of pixels to make it smaller. Although the garage can handle some fairly large size photos w/o re-sizing.
I had to resize my avatar because it only allows for 100 x 100 pixels.
