Pre-mix oil w/big bore kit?

I've got an '85 Honda Aero NB50 with a 70cc big bore kit on it. I've heard that the stock oil pump can't keep up with the larger displacement so I should disconnect it and just pre-mix my oil/gas. Is this true? If so, would it be wise to get an oil pump from a larger displacement scoot and make it fit?

Most of the time, gear driven oil pumps inject too much oil with bigger motors bc they are spinning at higher RPMs not at the stock revs they were calibrated at. Either way, pre-mix is best. Best oils are not available for injectors.
