Contact Jered! he has a 70CC he might have your answer!!

but dude to me it really don't Matter!! just as long as there Tight

the best thing you can do is Turn each Bolt 4 Strokes

write it down on paper

Run the bike for a Bit to check for leaks ...

now on my bike i turn it 4 strokes on each Bolt!!

but this is a 70cc not a 49cc like mines So you might have to use more Bolt strokes ,Do to the Pressure!!! which is more then a 49cc

i checked the search engine Google for you on cyl. head torque

Did not find Anything on it!!!

Hope This Helps Goodluck

Make Shure you dont Turn them To Much or You Will STRIP THE TREADS in back of the Cylinder Chamber

And the ROD won't Tighten and you will Leak Pressure!!!

Like I said... I have never torqued them down...

Bottom line is don't tighten them so they snap... you can feel how tight, tight enough is...

Don't over tighten, but don't finger tighten...
