brake light stuck on

Any idea why the brake light would get stuck on? I've got squeaky brakes that don't stop me very well...maybe they need replaced? Is brake shoe install very difficult? Whenever the ignition is on, the brakelight is stuck on. I gotta get this thing fixed before I get ran over. Thanks for the input.

Check the brake light switch. Its on the inside of the handlebar right where the brake lever joins the handlebars. I'm guessing either yours is unplugged or its broken.
