After many trail and error, I finally identified my acceleration problem. I have a 2003 Zuma, with Athena 50cc cylinder, Stage 1 and malossi fly clutch.
At first I have trouble with 0-30km/h, The power band kicks in at 30km/h, before that is take forever. So I drop the roller, then the acceleration works better, but I still have trouble from 0-20km/h. So I switch to stronger clutch spring, drop the roller to 4g, switch the yellow malossi torque spring to the Tecnomoto vario spring (the Technomo vario spring is a bit stronger). The result is better, but I still have trouble from 0-10km/h.
My finally analysis is I need stronger clutch spring. I am curret using LeoVinci Yellow clutch spring, which is about the same strength as Malossi Yellow Clutch spring. I need something like a malossi red, or may be stronger, i check the malossi web site, I need the MHR spring set for malossi fly/delta. Do you know Erich has those for sale??
