Just a question about the fuel gage. How low do you let the needle go before filling up? All the way to the red mark by the E or just to the last point on the black part of the gague? I'm paranoid about running out of fuel (it happened to me on my honda once...wasn't pleasant pushing the bike 2 blocks uphill to the gas station). So everyone, weigh in...How low do you go???

I've let mine go below the red line and still had fuel left in the tank. I've personally run the Vino down to a point where it took 1.17 gallons to refill. There was still fuel left but how much is a good question. Once you get below a certain level the meter drops off the scale because the float sensor hits an electrical "stop". On my Vino 125 the red line roughly corresponds to 1 gallon below being brimmed at the lower edge of the filler neck.

I have only let mine go 18 km's past the Red hits the corner top part of the E. Don't like pushing either
