Ok, wheres the Carb Needle!!?

Ok, well I must be blind 'cause I cant seem to find any carb needle adjustments. Anyone, help..... please!? Pics?

If you take off your airbox, look at the hole and open and close the throttle, you will see the slide move up and down. On top of the carb there will be 2 screws. You take them out and the whole slide will come out allong with a big spring. If you look 5 or 6 pages back under posts by me look for "anybody know dell carbs", FDR posted some great pictures of the whole slide assembly that will make everything clear.
