How do I cancel an order

how do I cancel an order. I have tried phoning Erich but no one is answering and the voicemail is full.

you email the site and it gets forwared to Jeff who is the order guy and the order is canceled...

I believe he simply deletes the order and then it's done... normally not emailing a confirmation. Unless you specify it in the email you send.

Currently, you can send an email through the site and we'll WILL send you confirmation. Soon you will be able to call to cancel.
