hey, rode to work and back home in the rain today, got thoroughly soaked. I have a windshield and a visor on my helmet, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. What do y'all use as rain gear? ::handleba

I've been there plenty of times. I try not to ride in the rain, but sometimes you can't help it if you're already on the road. During mid-spring and summer it get's pretty hot down south, so I keep a rain poncho packed in my scooter just in case. It's an inexpensive vinyl number I bought at the sporting goods section of a Walmart store, but it does the job in keeping the clothes dry. In colder weather I typically wear a US Army M65 fishtail parka.

I have a rain suit (pants/jacket) keeps me dry as a bone.... it's dark blue - so's my helmet...only thing is - at 6'6" I look like a giant blue condom on wheels. :naught:
