Its a 4 stroke, so probably not much you can do. Check with the Vino 125 Yahoo group and the Milano Yahoo group to see if anyone has managed that feat.
Otherwise scooterconvert has the best answer, the further you twist it towards you, the faster it goes:rolleyes:

your stock at about 55mph right?

Some where in that range anyway?

What speeds are you hoping for?

It should make more power with the basic mods like a pipe and free flowing air filter, then tune the carb to match. I don't know anything about that scooter either, but it should make more power if it can "breathe" better. If you can find a big bore kit, that would be a logical next step... bigger engines make more power. For best results, you may want to tune your gearing to match your new powerband. Do these scoots have the variable transmission like the Zuma, or do you have to shift gears?

Rosso's right.
You are in the 4 stroke realm now.
de-snorkel, different exhaust, and re-jet the carb.

There are a ton of websites for you to help you.

How fast would you want to go on a Milano??? Keep in mind even 125's aren't riding on huge motorcycle tires. When Elise had her Ninja 250 a few years ago, I was worried with its weight and size about rolling over sixty!

Four strokers tend to have a lower terminal speed than tu-strokes do. Also gearing, emission controls, and the overall weight of the scooter plays in to it.
