I'm using 10w30 Mobile 1 full synthetic in my gear box....
The zuma manual says you can use 10w30 SE the "SE" is for severe duty...
I figured the synthetic will take up for the severe duty regular dino oil...
However the stock stuff in mine was THICK GEAR OIl... it took forever to drain it out... SO if you want close to stock then you should run the gear oil...
thanks jered foryour info and i think synthetic would be the best

Yeah!! that synthetic is the Best i'v Used the 2 Stroke Stuff is Like Rubber i guess it's must be 10/50w or something like that but the synthetic runs Great Faster,The Strokes Idle are Much Smoover and The Starter Works Faster and KickStart kicks Faster Starting..

BTw, we are talking about gear oil... Not injection oil...
DO NOT USE 10w30 or anything else in the injector tank! IT WILL SCREW UP YOUR MOTOR!
The oil I'm talking about using this in is the final drive gears... Which is inline with the rear tire... There is a white screw on oil cap... That's where this oil would go... the drain is on the bottom of the case... about 1/3 from the rear of the case....
Jsut so there were no mistakes of it ending up inside the engine!

Ever! Tried engine Flush there in the Gear Case Jered!
Somebody told me that it cleans the Gears Better!!!
and them when done to let drain and air out a little, then put synthetic Oil
Now in the winter and summer Oils have to be Changed very much for cars lighter oils in the winter or heavy oil in summer , I hope that correct i could be wrong.. :D
