Just to let everyone in the forums know so your not shocked when you get a reply from the sales@provoscooter.com address...
That I am now helping Erich with emails and such that he's being flooded with.
I know that we've had several times where people mentioned long periods without hearing back from him on parts inquires and such.
Hopefully with me helping out, it will free up more time for him to deal in the parts and get faster email information to you guys his customers.
So, if you have parts related questions that are specific to ordering and such, please continue to use the sales@ email address as the point of contact as it allows myself and Erich access to the emails in the easiest way possible. Also getting faster replies and such to you guys on that subject of parts and stuff.
The forums are still the main source for tech related questions so please continue those as normal here in the forums.
