I just bought an NGK-BR7HS,if I compare it with the original BPR7HS it is longer,I wonder if this makes any difference....I also noticed that PROVO sells the BR7HS, :nerd:

the "p" means extended tip. It makes a difference if the piston is going to hit it.

also ,the Projected tip doesn't foul as much .

but... the "P" plug is not available per NKG's site...

wow.... according to the NKG site the stock plug is not available... unless they started making it again... this came up a year ago and NKG said to use the one without the P as it's basically the same plug...

when i got the plug i ordered i got the BP7 instead
so i had the guys call up and talk to their wholesaler.
they got the right ones BPR7HS so if they are discontunied
i got old stock.

I haven't had any trouble getting them from my local Napa store, though it's been a couple of months.

Were you looking at the right web site (or am I)? I just checked NGK USA and they list both the BPR7HS and the iridium BPR7HIX for the Yamaha YJ50.
