Try different roller weights.

You need to make sure the engine is tuned first. Once jetting is set, you can go on to tuning the trans. Do you have the clutch springs and torque spring installed? If so, go on to roller weights. A good baseline to start with is if you are heavy, or ride hills, start light. It sounds from your description that your torque driver spring is too light or stock..

The clutch springs go in the clutch, two of them. The torque driver spring goes in the torque driver. One big one. If you have good bottom end take off, the clutch springs are probably good. When you got your bore kit and carb, did you re-jet, or check the jetting? Do you know what main jet you have? Not saying its wrong, but usually it takes a few tries to get it right. The torque driver spring is behind the clutch, and is a little harder to change.

The stock rollers should be too small for an aftermarket variator. Also, you said you installed the cylinder, variator and springs. Do you have a pipe on your bike?
