Hello,
As of about an hour from now I'll be the owner of a new Aprilia SR50 F, with the variator restriction off, ECU remapped, and performance exhaust. I've been driving a scooter (2000 Honda Dio 50cc) for almost exactly 5 years now and after 20,330 km on it, it was time to go for something bigger and fancier. (Hopefully, the Aprilia will show as much reliability - the Dio is still running great). I'm in Vancouver, BC, where for the most part - occasional day with snow or icy roads excepted - a scooter is a great communting choice, and more so on a warm summer evening when the ride home can detour into a 30 km pass along the oceanfront. I'm looking forward to tapping into the collective knowledge for this model from the group and thought I'd start by introducing myself.
