2 Quick questions everyone. I have found the first aftermarket performance parts (that I have seen) possibly available for the Vino 125 into North America. I have a lead in Japan who has a new racing clutch and pulley for the 125. I will be doing the customs clearance myself. Question is, will it make a difference to get the clutch and install now when all the other parts in the drivetrain will have to remain stock until more parts start ariving in America or I can source out more. Should I buy it and wait for the rest and leave it off, or will it do any sort of performance benifits now? Secondly, the local mechanic at the Vespa dealership keeps wanting me to try running with a couple of rollers taken out. He insists that this will act like lowering the weight increase my take off speed while still maintaining my full top speed. From everthing I have read this would be a big pile of stuff my dog leaves on the lawn everymorning and I have to pick it up. Bask me in your knowledge because personally I think he put something in his morning Captain Crunch!!!

to be honest, probably not anything... you might notice smoother take off but that's about it...

try the roller part... can't hurt... it's easy to pull a set of rollers and try it...

More then likely with the 125, it won't do much, but never know...
