I recently bought a 2004 vino 125 and am curious now how much of the maintainance is feasible to do myself given that I am relatively new to working on cars/scooters. I have changed the engine oil once already and installed a 12v alarm system with no probs, but how would it be to change final transmission oil or the brake fluid? These must sound like really basic tasks but I am willing to do whatever in order to save taking it to the shop every few mos. Any help would be great. Thanks!

You can do pretty much everything yourself. Just search this site and overall and you'll find all the info you need.

There is a link on this site for the zuma manual. But beware, if you print it, it is well over a hundred pages. I printed mine at work and droped it off at the locat office depot and they turned into a pretty spiral binder for like 4 dollars.

You can order one from any Yamaha dealer.

Is there anywhere I can find a walkthrough on how to adjust the valves, I can change fluids no problem, but the valve adjustment is totally new to me. It's not like I don't want to pay to have it done, because I probably will, I just want to know how to do it.
