I'm picking up a new 2004 Vino Classic next week (red! woo hoo!)

Can anyone give me an idea of what kind of fuel economy they get from the Vino?

It will have the pipe de-restricted by the dealer when I pick it up - does this affect fuel economy?

Yes, the Vino while restricted is EPA rated at about 100mpg at 25mph, it will decrease as speed increases. Also you lose a little when you derestrict and rejet as the scooter eats more gas.

You'll probably be getting 75-80mpg... which is still damn good if you think about it!

got to be close to the zuma... With mine heavily modded I get 65-75 MPG... Started about 75-80MPG...
