MAJOR PROBLEM! With the help of a certified motorcycle mechanic, I installed an Airisal T6 70 cc aluminum cylinder, Arre. 19mm carb, throttle cable, air filter, varietor, clutch with red springs, Tech. RS pipe, and carbon reed valve then ran it with the factory oil injector still engaged and also used a slight pre mix about 60-70:1. I only rode the 2003 Zuma about 5 times and I believe the engine (cylinder) froze on me tonight. I was riding about 50 mph for a few minutes and came to a stop and the bike stalled. I tried to restart it but the electric start would not turn the engine over and the kick start was also locked. Please help me! If it is easier for anyone, please feel free to call me so that I can better explain my situation. "PM me for my number" (edited by Jered for user protection) can call you back so that it is not long distance. Thanks

Sounds like you smoked the piston bro!
In the old VW world, we called it "seized the engine".
Did you break in the new set up slowly?

on a 70cc the best thing i have herd to brake it in is fill it with gas and oil and let in run for 12 and after that rev it up every once in a while

It most certinally souds like a seize job, did you rejet???? Usually it will seize due to a lean condition or possibly a lack of oil. My 2 cents

Sorry for the delayed response, I was out of town. The piston is siezed, and I am likely at fault. I did not do the best job breaking it in properly but I never expected it to sieze in less than 15 minutes of use. I used a slight premix with the oil injection still engaged. I guess I learned my lesson the hard/expensive way. In the future, which cylinder do you guys recommend, and how much am I looking at spending? Thanks. PS If anyone is looking at buying a pocket bike I sell them cheap and I can get most models right away. I have been dealing them for the past year.

Get a mallossi or polini kit. Pre mix your gas 40:1 Even when your running your incector. Pre Mix only for one tank make sure it smokes
