2 questions....headlights/sparkplug

1. last night my running lights went out, but my brights were still usable...is this a fuse problem or a bulb problem?

2. where the hell is the sparkplug exactly? my 2004 vino manual is useless in describing exactly where it is...

thanks for any input and assistance...i got a day off and i want to spend some time with la scoot.

will someone please reply with an answer?? i have no freakin idea where the sparkplug is either... and i need to do a plug read to see if i need to re-jet after installing the stage one.

Good ol sparky is right under your scoot attached to the engine. Look under the exhaust side (right side) and you should see a plug, pop that off and theres the spark plug.

i thought every one new where a spark plug is. just look on the top of the motor.
unless you have a elite 150 and then it is on the side

Not everybody is so mechanically inclined my friend. Especially those new to scooter maintenance. Most people wouldn't know where to find a spark plug on a car!

I don't own a zuma but there's probably a thick rubber wire known as the plug wire going to the spark plug. They're usually black but they can be different colors. This wire is about as big around as a TV cable. When you pull off the end that goes into the engine there will be the spark plug. As for the headlight Sharpkid, it sounds like you need a new headlight. There's two filiments inside the bulb, one for lowbeam and one for bright. When one burns out the other one can still work thank goodness.

i'm mechanically inclined, enough to do all the work myself, but that doesn't mean i automatically know where everything is... i mean, were YOU born with that knowledge?
