BW shock for vino?

So I have noticed that the rear shock size for the BW is only 5mm longer than that on the Vino. Since I can't get the MDI shock anymore, and can't find another replacement, what about fitting a stock BW rear shock to the Vino?

I figure this would give the higher spring rate I have been craving, and make the bike more stable when riding tandem.

What does everyone think?

you can get a aftermarket shock anywhere. i have a daytona shock for my 91 zuma and for my 93 jog. you should be able to get a koso shock for like 70 bucks or less.

Try and find a shock that you can adjust the preload which you could adjust if you want to ride tandem or reset when solo. This should help bottoming out.
