Worst vento dealer in california!

:angry: I recently bought a vento zipr3i from Delamo Motor sports and i must say they have the worst service department ive ever dealt with. Check this out fellas! I buy the scooter they say there delivering on monday they deliver it on tuesday then i rode it and noticed that the oil feed line and the oil feed bottle both had leaks! They never even properly inpected the scooter for final delivery. Then they pick it up from me and supossedly change the oil feed bottle and line but now the scooter dont start the same as it did.They messed with factory carb settings .Before it would just start up now i have to give it a little throttle to start it at times.The service manger is the rudest meanest nastiest dood ive ever dealt with ill never buy any thing else from them again or recomened them eighter. I also spoke to vento about this poor Dealership. Buyers in the california Area Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!of Del amo Motorsports worst place to buy a Vento in California period!

Let me just go ahead and address all your issues.

First off using some throttle when starting is perfectly normal, so thats not a problem. Second, oil reservoir leaking is the MOST COMMON problem with new vento scoots. Take out trunk and check oil sensor, I suggest you still do this since the dealer might have not. If its loose buy some teflon tape and wrap it around the sensor, stick it back in and no longer worry about oil leaks. Finally draining battery due to alarm/remote start is also VERY common. Best thing is to avoid remote start. Just recharge your battery or kickstart and ride around to get your battery back to normal level.
