I drove my Vino 5 miles into work this morning with no problem. It was 42 degrees and spitting rain. When I went to drive to a meeting at noon, it would not start. The battery was good and so was the sparkplug, though I replaced it with my spare. It turned over, but would not catch. It was raining heavier and was 39 degrees, but I was parked out of the weather in a parking deck. There was condensation on the metal parts of the bike though.

I had to bum a lift home to get my truck, and after I got the bike home and into my heated garage, it started right up. Any ideas what it was; gunk in fuel line, condensation in carb?

There probably was a bit of water on the airfilter. Also the stator and ignition might have been a bit wet.
