Okay, I finally got around to installing the cast 70cc kit. I took it around the block last night, but do not have any #'s yet.
Tonight when I get home I will do some tuning and GPS it. I am still running a totaly stock tranny, so the #'s may be a bit low. (still waiting on a new vari)

as I said my tranny is 100% stock right now.
With this cast kit on acceleration is as good or better than the t6. Top speed is close. I was able to hit 50, 49, 50. The only other difference, is that I am now "pre-mixing" my fuel. As soon as I get my tranny parts, I will have some more accurate info.
I am currently bidding on a Malossi kit that I will try next. I LOVE trying every part I can. Both for my own sake, and to let everyone know real world comparisons!!!

it is actualy C.M. typo!! And I have no Idea about the backround of them. Got it on E-bay and it came in a green box that says CM racing quality high preformance parts
Not bad for the $$
As you may have figured out, I am not prejudice, I will TRY any/all parts!!;)

DId you get these on ebay? I bid minimum bid on those parts...
We need to talk better to keep from making eachother pay more...
Might have been a couple bucks less... oh well... anyway, same seller as the cdi, right?
I take it you put the scooter back to stock when you toasted your airsal cylinder!?

yeah, same guy.
I put it back to stock except the pipe, it looks TOO good to take off!
Jered, I actually bought 2 of these C.M. kits. One is supposed to be for a buddy's MZ Moskito. I hope it fits. If not, it never hurts to have spare parts.

Dont forget to break your kits in guys it will last longer if you break it in correctly . After the kit is instaled run 50:1 premix in the tank And let the engine idle for about 10-15 mins dont touch the throtle!!! Because its just a waste of money

I remember seeing something about you running a pure premix now... As your oil didn't inject correctly with the airsal... Right?
What amount of oil did you decided to go with for the 1.5 gallon fuel tank?
I'm considering removing the oil injection set up and going straight premix... That way I know how much oil is there...
Let me know... Plez! :D

Most people say to run 3% wich is equall to 33:1. I run 40:1 in my skiis, and I always have 5gallon cans full of pre-mix laying around. So this is what I decided to run in the Zuma to keep things simple. I also keep a little 4oz bottle under the seat just in case! 4oz to a gallon is about 32:1. 4oz to a gallon and a half is about 48:1. Pre-mix gives me peace-of-mind.

yeah... I think that's how I'm gonna run my scooter... AS I took the cylinder apart and noticed it appears to have gotten hot at one point...
