I recently bought an upgrade kit for my 2003 Zuma from Ebay. Yea, I know I should have bought it from this site but it's too late now. I think the guy sent me the wrong 70 cc kit. Part # 011316476 Airsal T6. The box says its for jog50, breeze, jogZ, axis, etc. Does anyone know how I can be sure if this part is correct. Are there any identifying features that I can look for.

Thanks for the quick reply messages. Yes, I did buy the $400 buy it now kit from ebay. I got the parts in today but i'm not sure of how to install them. Is there any info online that I can print out telling me how to install all the parts? I have a clutch, variator, air filter, cylinder kit, double reed valve, technigas RS70, arreche 19mm carb and I have a friend that is a motorcycle mech. that is willing to help. Do any of you guys have advice that might save me some time and headache? Is there any special maitainance that I need to do once the performance parts are installed, gas, oil, do I need the kevlar belt and gear upgrade?

Erich's instructions are great... Follow them and you'll do fine!

Gear upgrade is for even more top end... I have mine on the way (finally molassi usa was on back order) The kevlar belt is recommended as it can handle heat better than the stock belt...

Oil, use a GOOD full synthetic... I pay $13.95 a quart for the stuff I use... a quart will last about 1000 miles...Also use premium fuel... with the added compression ratio your installing you "SHOULD" run 90 or better octain (it helps fight detonation)

The hardest part of the install is getting the rollers and the carb adjusted correctly...

With that said... the time is well worth the money...
