Yeah, I saw that one too. I'd recomend if anybody does buy it, buy it as a parts donor and NOT a project. You'd be better off buying a used vino.

As anyone that has read any of my post cn vouch- I don't know much about scooters... HAHHA

BUT- I am close to DC and if someone here were interested in this I could go take a look for them or go pick it up since he won't ship once the auction ends or some thing like that...
