Basket Thingy

Does anyone know if this could be mounted to a Vino?
It's a Honda Metro accessory.

I installed the Honda basket on my Vino. It fits pretty well. The curves on the leg shield of the Metropolitan are slightly different than the Vino, so there is about a 1 -1/12 " open space at the bottom, smaller items like a pen would slip through. Works great for carrying bigger items- newspaper, glasses case, water bottle, carton of milk, etc.

Yamaha of Canada makes a basket for the Vino, but I don't live near there & none of the dealers answered my email--so I used the Honda. I might just add a piece of black plastic at the bottom to cover the small gap.
A friend on a Mwtropolitan groups gave me the dimensions of the Honda basket--I have attached them. I don't have a photo of mine installed --will try to post one soon.

I've seen one on a Venice last week, but didn't get to ask Jeff how he did it. I knew he was getting oner from Honda.
