I have no idea what your talking about. The airsal T6 cylinder kit comes with everything you need to work... There was no ordering any extra parts...

on some Ventos, the wrist pin is larger. Both the piston, and the pin need to be the same dia.
You should not need a manifold on this scoot.

well jered if you dont know what im talking about look at the kit for vento and well the extra wrist pin next lol :) as for the carb i have seen bigger manifolds for the minneralli motor and reed cages and was wondering if this would premote poor low end response due to a lack of port vilocity with a bigger manifold but screeeem at the top end ! does any one know what im talking about lol! :D
also thanks lynnox for the info !

okay, I looked and Erich said you need to pull the piston out and measure the pin... It litterally shouldn't take more than an hour to take it apart and put it back togeather...
Sadly, after working on mine I can pull it apart and put it back togeather in record times...
There should only be 4 nuts to remove and then you tap on the cylinder, it will break the seals between the gaskets, oull it off and then you take needle nose pliers pull the clips off and press the pin out.
Taking a wild guess, if you have the scooter modded with 70cc, carb, etc... Then running a upgraded manifold could be a good thing. There are some that allow you to hook up "boost bottles" (yes king, those again!), some say are a good thing... Then there are those who say they are a waste...
Just depends on your application... A stock set up, I'd think your just taking a bottle neck (the carb) and dumping it into a 55 gallon drum... You need to ensure your flow is matched... likewise if you have a 24mm carb, you might want to upgrade manifolds for better flow...

their are so many variables to these new scoots be it aprilia or vento every one has their new twist on the old idea i guess were all breaking new ground in some way shape or form in tunning ,porting or costomizing .
thanks again!
