PM me if you have any of the following used parts for sale (if you went back to stock or replaced stuff for more power.)
70cc kit with 12mm pin (any brand, undamaged)
19mm carb
variator (I am not sure what has to be done to make it fit the Venice, but if it is cheap enough, I am willing to experiment and share my findings.)
mild pipe (no chainsaw on steroids pipes, please.)
I think it's high time somebody here tore into the venice and wrote up some how to's
